Exclamation Bind Probs (URGENT)

K, I just upgraded my system from RH 7.0 to 7.2, now I can't ping unless it is an IP, I also can't run a host lookup etc... My guess is ther eis a problem with Bind, but I'm not sure where to start, any ideas?

Thanks alot!
Mike.

check /etc/resolv.conf

Perhaps your /etc/resolv.conf file has been removed. This file contains the nameservers you want to use for name resolution. An example file is:

# Begin /etc/resolv.conf
nameserver 127.0.0.1 # if you run bind locally
nameserver 1.2.3.4 #second server
nameserver 5.6.7.8 # third server

you can list up to maximal 3 dns servers in this file.
