Question Bind Help!!

I have set up bind on my Linux server, I have two segments on my LAN 192.168.190.x and 192.168.180.x, DNS is on 190.x I can ping by host name and IP but from the 180.x segment I can't ping any server from the 190.x segment by host name, can any one tell me why? I have a zone for both the 190.x and 180.x segment.

What is the /etc/resolv.conf of the 190.x hosts look like? It must contain the ip of your dns server

the prob.. is not with the 190.x subnet in the /etc/resolv the nameserver is 192.168.190.2
which this is the name server, I just can't get the 180.x segment to ping host name and IP

If you cannot ping with IP neither, then the problem is most likely due to a firewall running in the router that connects the 2 subnets, or to wrong gateway setting for the 2nd subnet.
