best way to server http on two ip addresses

lo there all,

our company website is very important to have up all the time. Our isp is a little flaky sometimes though.
We have thought about getting a backup connection with another isp in case ours dies. What i don't know is how to set something like this up.

We are using zoneedit as our dns, and serving off apache.

Where would i go about configuring this system so that if an ip flakes out, we can switch to the backup, or even better, can apache share the bandwidth of both connections ?

thanks
