Best distro/package for Apache, PHP, MySQL combo

Hi,
I am pretty new to Linux.

I would like to know the best Linux distro for running Apache/MySQL/PHP on an AMD64 CPU.
Thank you

I'd recoomed Debian ( but then I'm biased so take what I sat as you will ), Since there is an AMD64 port, and this stuff is a breeze to install and setup in Debian. ( I've dont it myself ) Debian can be set up very minially for a server, so you won't have anything else running on the system.

If you want to do bleeding-edge development, check out Gentoo. If you want to wait an eternity between updates, try Debian. AMD64 is still somewhat selective on distros.

Is fedora core 3 worth checking out or is it too buggy?
I have installed previously SUSE 9.2 (i think) with amd64 support but never got around to running the PHP/SQl/apache combo.
Is it worth deinstalling for Debian/Gentoo, etc/ ?

Personally I would say it doesn't matter which distro you use. I personally have
apache, php, and mysql running on my debian box and I use Suse 9.2 on my
main machine. I could just as easily switch the two though and would not run into
problems.

In conclusion: Use whatever you know best and are the most comfortable with.
