bandwith distribution
Dear Friend,
i had installed Redhat 7.3 on my computer and it is a dhcp server. and had a two nic is there one is on real ip and another is for dhcp purpose and conncted to router now the linux fakes dhcp ips to the clients and clietns have acces to internet threw this server and masqriding and squid is done on this server now i like to set up a bandwith distribution on this pc that k for particular hardware address i like to decide some b andwith and to some address want to break the bandwith intruption so pls help me

You need to recompile your kernel, I'm afraid. You need the 'Quality of service' options. It allows you to use CBQ and (among other things), use bandwitch limiting.
