Bandwidth Req's

Ok, I have to figure out the bandwidth requirements for internet service on a subnet of a lan. I will assume 30 concurrent users each downloading pages of 50k as part of an online service. I am looking for reasonable formula to ensure that each user has adequate bandwidth. Any ideas? TIA
