Question Bandwidth Management Tools 0.2.3 Problem ...

Hi all !
I have installed bwm_tools-0.2.3, install OK and have any problem when I configure it.
I defined some rules :
Code:
-A FORWARD -d 10.0.2.2 -s 10.0.10.2 -p tcp -i eth0 -j MARK --set-mark 1001
-A FORWARD -d 10.0.2.2 -s 10.0.10.2 -p udp -i eth0 -j MARK --set-mark 1001
<snip>
-A FORWARD -p tcp -i eth0 -j MARK --set-mark 1008
-A FORWARD -p udp -i eth0 -j MARK --set-mark 1008
I try to insert and run it:
Code:
-A bwmd -m mark ! --mark 0 -j QUEUE
Error :
Code:
...
Couldn't load target 'bwmd': /lib/iptables/libipt_bwmd.so: connot open shared object file: No such file or directory.
...
When I run cmd :
Code:
bwm_firewall -c /path/to/firewall.xml -o /path/to/outputfile
Error occured :
Code:
...
bwm_firewall: invalid option -- o
bwm_firewall: invalid option -- /path/to/outputfile
...
This is the link I have visited : http://www.murder4al.be/

How to make all the traffic which is ACCEPT'en in your firewall should be routed via bwmd ???

Help me !!!

ok, so you have a very clear error message saying libipt_bwmd.so. so go find where that object is or rather isn't. are you missing a dependency? did you not chose a correct option during installation?

On top of checking what Chris suggested, do you have an iptables rule anywhere which creates the bwmd chain before you attempt to send packets to it?

The command would look something like:
/sbin/iptables -N bwmd
Or in the case of your xml file, just:
-N bwmd
