bandwidth controling


how to controling bandwidth without tc in linux. to set on client 512 second client 256 third client 128 kbps.

what's wrong with tc? try checking this:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/htbinit

it can produce the TC syntax needed to produce downstream bwidth control.
