balance 2 Wan (internet) into one LAN dont know how to start
my idea is to use a linux box to automaticaly switch between two dsl lines (from diffrent isps) so i dont have to worry about losing my connection constantly, and when there both on balance the load if possable.
also i am intrested in having a proxy server in the computer to help with bandwith also.
im thinking a raid 0+1 sata150 with 4 80gb drives (thats what i have in my server) but that is secondary.
1. fail-over
2. load balancing
3. proxy server
i know i can just buy one but there eather expensive or dont support much bandwith. I think it would be better to build one. plus it would be good for learning and great for my site.
If anyone has any ideas on where to start or can help me through this i'd love to know.
