Backup Internet Connection

Good Day

Our company is running on a High Speed broad band internet connection.We are looking to have a ADSL backup connection in place in case the Wireless Broadband connection goes down.

How would I go about setting this up so that when the Wireless connection goes down the traffic goes out on the ADSL??

My setup is as follows..

eth0 -- internal Network 192....
eth2 -- External IP address 196....
eth1 -- planning to plug ADSL into this Card

This machine acts a s a proxy for the rest of the network..

eth1 external ip address 2 (eg 82.x.y.z)
add a 2nd default route with a highter metric :-)

Thanks for the reply...just one point the ADSL is a dynamic IP address,so do I just leave the ADSL router DHCP on and plug into the card?
