backup configuration file for webmin via command line?

hi there,

in webmin, under the webmin heading there is a button that can backup your configuration files and restore them. the program seams to grab all the files required and zip them into a single file and the restore configuration option unzips them and places them back were they should be.

Does anyone know if i can use this command via the command line? or a similar command?

i'v often wondered how something similar like this can be in ALL programs.

i'm thinking that some sort of 'programming' language has tools which will allow you to 'watch' every little detail of what is going on when a prog is 'run'.

it used to be like that (yearrs ago) when i used to program in pascal.

i'm sure there must be something else tho.. but i'm just no t sure because i'v not had the time to investigate this further yet.

hopefully someone will pop in and help.

btw way i use sbackup (simple-backup) which is powerful, gui, and it 'works'.

i think there is a module in webmin for it but i don't use it because like i said it is graphical.

good luck, lettuce know.
