B43 driver left wifi broken

Hi,

I have always had issues even getting b43 to work so I had stuck with Broadcom-wl until a nice little slacko puppy detected and sorted my wifi for me!

This worked for a little while then the wireless broke in windows AND in puppy. In both it is scanning and finding the networks around me but is failing to connect for some reason. Ideas?

I would suspect the WAP itself. If possible, see if another system is seeing your wifi. If you don't have another system to test with, try power cycling the AP. Some of the more affordable APs have a tendency to need a power cycle every now and then.

Ours does do that. But I am posting via another device on the network. Plus when our router needs a reset my laptop will connect to the network but not be able to connect to Internet so it definitely isn't that.
