Authen in LDAP with samba

Hi,
I used samba with ldap as PDC in rh8.
I enable unix password sync in smb.conf - for ntPassword and userPassword(in ldap) will store the same pwds!
When I changed password with w2k(client), it change ntPassword and linux password(/etc/shadow) instead.
But userPassword in ldap does not be changed.

Thank you.
