ATT Uverse DHCP Not Assigning to Red Interface Interface on Smoothwall

Hello,

I just had an ATT Uverse RG installed. However my Smoothwall router that previously worked fine with the ADSL SpeedStream is no longer accepting an address assignment DHCP ip address from this new gateway. (3800HGV-B)

Any thoughts ideas or experience working with this hardware? ATT only supports Windows and Mac.

Hello,

I actually read that post. It, the troubleshooting steps, seemed to helped with Ubuntu but not Smoothwall.

I just dont know why the interface will not grab a DHCP assigned address, this is a industry standard protocol I thought - meaning it has execute a certain way to be considered a "protocol".
