Aptitude - Repo Issues

Randomly having issues with aptitude and apt-get. Any try for update or upgrade and it can't seem to make connection. Sent ping requests to servers and got returns. All other web is good browsing etc. If I try to install a package it finds it, though when it tries to connect and actually download it never connects. It sits at the connecting stage for a while then fails.

Any suggestions?

Found the solution, after having issues with netflix and other computers I reset all the routers and it came through. Maybe an Ip conflict. Oddly, Firefox would still browse, though it is connected to tor so idk. All other browsers quit, and on other computers only 1 browser would work for about 2 sites being facebook and google. As bizarre as it seems, resetting the routers and re-associating all the devices fixed the issue. Though I always remebered ip conflicts causing more issues including absolutly no connection to the internet..
