Apply kernel tc rules to VLAN interface?

I have a TC script that uses "htb" to rate limit outgoing traffic on an ethernet interface eth0 to a specific mbps, and it is working fine. I am now wanting to create a few VLAN interfaces on eth0 (e.g., "eth0.10", "eth0.20", etc). Is it possible to apply TC commands to just a single VLAN interface?

You try tcfilter command to filter out VLAN traffic.
