Unhappy Appletalk on redhat 9 linux

Hi!

I have started service atalk using the command
service atalk start

In my atalkd.conf file, i have the following entries:

eth1
eth0 -phase 2 -net 0-65534 -addr 65280.103

Now, after starting the atalk, i can see that only eth1 is being assigned an appletalk address.
If i change my file, and write

eth0 -phase 2 -net 0-65534 -addr 65280.103
eth1

then, eth0 is assigned appletalk address 65280.103
no address is asigned to eth1. why so????

Can you suggest me some tutorial in which it is given that how to do various appletalk related configurations on redhat-9?

Thanks in advance,
Shivali
