Apache Virtual Hosting

Hi all,
I have a box with 2 ethernet cards
eth0 10.1.2.2 { external network }
eth1 192.168.0.2 { internal / pvt network }

im running my website off that machine.
& also thought that might as well run groupware on the internal one only..

i got apache setup & running fine..
but i have a few things to tweak.

1) eth0 IP has ServerName set as say me.myhost.com & im using a self signed certificate
signed for the address me.myhost.com in a IP based virtual host running on 443.

Why do i get a warning.. like
[Fri May 27 01:00:36 2005] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `me.myhost.com' does NOT match server name!?

2) I directly use the IP to acess groupware. so how do i use a ssl certificate for to avoid the foll error. i created another self signed certificate with the same credentials as the prev one.
i get this error
[Fri May 27 04:36:56 2005] [error] (EAI 2)Name or service not known: Failed to resolve server name for 192.168.0.2 (check DNS) -- or specify an explicit ServerName

any idea's

No i dont have one.

is that needed i mean how does the etc/hosts entry matter if i am using to connect to the machine using the IP address and not the DNS name. It doesnt have any internal dns name.
