Apache Transparent Proxy ?

Hi,

I have a question I can't find an answer.
Can Apache run in transparent proxy mode?

It is easy to make it work in normal mode, but I don't want to configure clients, so I need it in transparent mode. Simply puting iptables REDIRECT rules don't work.
Probably first thing You will suggest is to put Squd, but I need Apache because of mod_clamav which is updated regulary. Trying to build solution for AntiVirus scaning http traffic.

Please if you know the answer or some better solution to http AV scan let me know.

Peace be with You !
