Apache + Phpbb2 + cookies probs

Hello,

dunno if this is the right forum but dunno if it's routing prob or software prob. i got apache running with phpbb2. the server's ip address = 192.168.1.12 i routed external port 15000 to port 80. When connecting to it the page shows up no probs with that. When logging in to the phpbb2 it redirects to 192.168.1.12 it then hangs. I must refresh then login to 192.168.1.12 then i'm finally logged in. Is this a prob with cookies of phpbb2 or a routing prob?
So basically it logs me in twice one time on my external ip and one time on my internal ip.

Apache config :

# ServerName: allows you to set a host name which is sent back to clients for
# your server if it's different than the one the program would get (i.e., use
# "www" instead of the host's real name).
#
# Note: You cannot just invent host names and hope they work. The name you
# define here must be a valid DNS name for your host. If you don't understand
# this, ask your network administrator.
# If your host doesn't have a registered DNS name, enter its IP address here.
# You will have to access it by its address (e.g., # anyway, and this will make redirections work in a sensible way.
#

ServerName 192.168.1.12

phpBb2 General Board Settings

Domain Name 192.168.1.12
Server Port 80

phpBb2 cookie config :

Cookie domain : Empty
Cookie name : phpbb2mysql
Cookie path : /
Cookie secure: Disabled

if i set those phpBb2 board setting to my external ip i cannot login anymore it gives /phpBb2/login.php could not be found.

Any suggestions?
