apache error


(99)!!!!!!!!!!!!:make_sock:could not bind to address 192.168.6.106:81
no listening sockets available, shutting down

I am so puzzled as my IP is 192.168.6.101
and 192.168.6.106 is the one what I used before
the DHCP server changed my IP ,
why still 192.168.6.106 ?
and why 81 ??? why not 80 ??

help me ....

Check the Listen entries on your httpd.conf
