Apache 2 can't open file!
i use Apache 2 , mod-perl2 ; the problem is i have a perl script that reads a html file, although the file path is correct the Apache reports "Can't open file" , the file permission is read for all and i use the root account
can anyone help

It could be a path problem or permissions on one of the directories in the path to the file.

i checed the path and the permissins, the path is correct and the permission is set to read for all

Did you check permission on the "upstream" directories? (ie /dir1/dir2/dir3/file) You might have the correct permissions on file, but your Apache user might not be able to read dir1, dir2, or dir3.
