any open web irc servers
im in a locked down network, & i need to try to contact ilug members.
the only way is to use web based irc, are there any ones that allow connections to other servers?

the server im trying to connect to is irc.linux.ie with #linux as the room.
not possible to install software on machine, totaly locked down, also network firewall wont allow irc.

Search for CGI:IRC on google.
Some of them let you specify the server and channel
