Any news on FreeNX for Fedora x86_64?
Has anyone got the freenx server working on Fedora x86_64 properly? I'm just curious. I would love to have this running.
The latest thing I've heard is Rick's article here (UPDATED 2006-02-01):

Thanks for any news.

freenx
Most of the stuff is downloaded with wget and just rpm. It really was simple to do. I used the instructions for Fed 4. I can connect WinXp to my Nix box remotely. For the client you just need to download the client and a certificate on the pc that making the connection.

Chetroia,
Are you running a 32 bit server or a 64 bit (AMD64, x86_64) server? Rick has a line on that page:
"Side Note: I have been working towards inclusion into Fedora Extras, but the server does not run on x86_64. That means no official Fedora packages... yet..."
Thx,
Exo

I'm anxious to get freenx workingon FC5/6 too.
I've tried the the FC5 instructions from Rick's site to no avail.
I've tried following nomachine.org's instructions but I can't get it to work either.
As any progress on getting this running under x86_64 been made?
