If official devices are registered thru MAC & IP to access the LAN. How can we deal with MAC & IP spoofing. Anyone can bring its home laptop or mobile and put the allowed MAC or IP on his home device to access the secure network. How can we deal with challenge

You cannot and you shouldn't use it as a security measure. Address-based LAN security is a joke.

Port security is often required as one of security measures in corporate environment. It isn't meant to be the only measure.

You're effectively saying your workers are putting unauthorized machines on the business network. That network's security is a disaster. If you not into this stuff, get an IT services outfit. It sounds like you have open wifi. You should be WPA passworded, and there should be an IT guy there.
