Allowing other to start the dial up internet connection

Hello everybody out there,
I have a Fedoa 1 at home. The PC has users accounts for kids also. I have a created a dial up user account (KPPP), for starting which I have to identify myself to the system as root. Can I configure the system so that starting this dial up connection does not require user identification as root. (I don't want to give root password to my kids).

Thanks in advance.
