Allow ssh file transfer but not remote terminal ?

Possible to configure like that ?

Hi,

This is not possible with a standard ssh install.

You might want to take a look at scponly

Hello,
just install net-misc/scponly, and set the shell of the user to /usr/bin/scponly.
