allow AOL voice and filesharing

Does anyone know how i would go about allowing AOL voice and AOL filetransfers through my linux firewall/masq box? Everything else works fine, but i can never establish voice or File transfers. If i do port forwarding, (which i am not sure exactly how to do with iptables) how do i handle multiple windows machines behind my linux firewall?
