Unhappy Allied Telesyn at2500tx

I'm having problems with my new Allied telesyn at200tx network card. It isn't detected at all by Red Hat 9. I remember seeing something about this before, but have been unable to find the post again. I have tried changing some of the IRQs around in the BIOS, but it didn't seem to do anything, although it still could be a possible solution. Also, for somer reason the lspci command is not recognised.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Nick
