Angry ADMtek 983 Driver for linux

Hello I am trying to do do a network install via FTP from my comp running Windows XP to my other box, trying to get redhat 9 which I have up on my FTP. The problem I am having is my network card when I use the bootnet image, I cannot find anyway to get my NIC working. It is the ADMtek 983 NIC. If anyone has any ideas as to what I can do they would be greatly appreciated.

thx in advance
