Admin Help

Hello All,
I have a linux box in the server room, and I have command PC with Win 2000 in my office. I need to be able to control it from that PC, like I do standing in the server room. Is there a way to control my linux box from a PC in graphical mode and command line? If so what software is available. I am learning as I go, so I really need a great way to do this. The Linux box is in the same building, but not on the same network as the PC in my office. Is there anyone who is willing to walk me through this?

KDE is the graphical interface on the linux server.

Please help me.

Anthony

VNC

Here is a Windows client:

Most currect Linux distros come with a VNC server package.
The other option is to get an XWindows client like Cygwin and run a remote desktop that way.
