Address space collision on of device debian

When the machine is booting up, I get this error

Code:
pci 0000:02:00.0: BAR 6: address space collision on of device
Has anyone seen this? Will it cause any issues? I have two NIC's in the machine. The OS is Debian.

It may cause issues, try playing around in the bios to see if you can modify their settings. In the old(er) days we used to have to set IRQ and base addresses via dip switch and later on with utilities provided by the vendor but then came plug n' pray and we could pretty much let them sort themselves out.

I may try that. I have seen that it may be a bug and I even did a fresh install but still keep encountering this issue on this box. I have a few similar boxes with similar hardware so I don't know why this may be happening.
