Adding multiple route

We are using currently LINUX READHAT for Database (192.151.106.11 ERP Production) and the default gateway is 192.151.106.10 Currently we are implementing VLAN , in this process we may need to change / add another default gateway to Linux server is 192.151.106.7 a) Whether we can add multiple gateways? b) If yes , any impact if we have multiple gateways? c) Or we can replace the existing gateway (192.151.106.10) with new gateway 192.151.106.7

Thanks
Pani
