Adding multiple route

We are using currently LINUX READHAT for Database ( ERP Production) and the default gateway is Currently we are implementing VLAN , in this process we may need to change / add another default gateway to Linux server is a) Whether we can add multiple gateways? b) If yes , any impact if we have multiple gateways? c) Or we can replace the existing gateway ( with new gateway
