hi
i download an mib file with wget and copy the MIB file to /usr/share/snmp/mibs
this MIB file is CISCO-REMOTE-ACCESS-MONITOR-MIB.my
and my device is ASA 5505
my monitoring solution is : zabbix

i try this command in zabbix server :

for IF-MIB this command output is correct :

IF-MIB::ifHighSpeed.8 = Gauge32: 100
IF-MIB::ifHighSpeed.9 = Gauge32: 100
IF-MIB::ifHighSpeed.10 = Gauge32: 100
IF-MIB::ifHighSpeed.11 = Gauge32: 1000

IF-MIB::ifPromiscuousMode.2 = INTEGER: false(2)
IF-MIB::ifPromiscuousMode.3 = INTEGER: false(2)
IF-MIB::ifPromiscuousMode.4 = INTEGER: false(2)
IF-MIB::ifPromiscuousMode.5 = INTEGER: false(2)
IF-MIB::ifPromiscuousMode.6 = INTEGER: false(2)

BUT:

for CISCO-REMOTE-ACCESS-MONITOR-MIB is incorrect output :

Cannot adopt OID in CISCO-REMOTE-ACCESS-MONITOR-MIB: crasSVCCumulateSessions ::= { crasActivity 36 }
Cannot adopt OID in CISCO-REMOTE-ACCESS-MONITOR-MIB: crasSVCNumSessions ::= { crasActivity 35 }
Cannot adopt OID in CISCO-REMOTE-ACCESS-MONITOR-MIB: crasLBPeakConcurrentSessions ::= { crasActivity 34 }
Cannot adopt OID in CISCO-REMOTE-ACCESS-MONITOR-MIB: crasLBCumulateSessions ::= { crasActivity 33 }
Cannot adopt OID in CISCO-REMOTE-ACCESS-MONITOR-MIB: crasLBNumSessions ::= { crasActivity 32 }
Cannot adopt OID in CISCO-REMOTE-ACCESS-MONITOR-MIB: crasL2LPeakConcurrentSessions ::= { crasActivity 31 }
Cannot adopt OID in CISCO-REMOTE-ACCESS-MONITOR-MIB: crasL2LCumulateSessions ::= { crasActivity 30 }
Cannot adopt OID in CISCO-REMOTE-ACCESS-MONITOR-MIB: crasL2LNumSessions ::= { crasActivity 29 }
Cannot adopt OID in CISCO-REMOTE-ACCESS-MONITOR-MIB: crasIPSecPeakConcurrentSessions ::= { crasActivity 28 }

and also i try this command too :

snmpwalk -m +CISCO-REMOTE-ACCESS-MONITOR-MIB -v 2c -c community ip

thank you very much

just download MIBs for your server and copy them to var/lib/mibs

and change your snmp.conf file
