accessing https page problem

Hi all,
I have a web server linking to a ssl server. The ssl server contains the https web page while the web server only contain the http page. When I access the https page, i need to access the http page and click the link on it to access the https page. The web server had got virus and i rebuilt a new one. now I can't access the https page. what config should i used in the web server?
Thanks very much!

i really don't think we've a chance of helping unless you actually tell us some useful information... if you're clikcing a link to a https:// url then clearly there's somethign wrong with your ssl server configs, or something... you could start by actually telling us what these server are even running..

actually i dun know how it works, but i just know that i access the http web page, and click the login link on it to access the https page. then i can see the log in the web server. so it proves that it should passes the web server to access the ssl server. but i just can't access the https page, its the browser default error page. so how should i config for it?

again, you're telling us nothing at all about your servers, are they even running linux? only place i can think to start with is if you show us the source code of a page that doesn't work, and the config files for both servers involved...
