Accessing FTP via. HTTP proxy?


Hello list,
I'm running squid server in my http proxy server. While i try
to connect to ftp using my ftp client via HTTP proxy i get proxy
forbidden error 403. I want help regarding this to configure the
squid proxy so that i will be able to connect to ftp server.

Look for acls in Squid like Safe_ports .. Is ftp allowed there? Check squid logs.

yeah.... i've checked the safe_ports in squid.conf ftp is being enabled in the port 21.
