You just need to set up ip masquarading:

echo "1" > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward

there's some more info here http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...ticle&artid=23

Currently as i said with /etc/resolve =>
nameserver 10.0.0.1
searh localdomain

i am able to get ping www.yahoo.com result as yahoo's IP address is detected
but unable to ping it from internal machine via Squid proxy to Internet?
I even tried with giving ISP given DNS IP as nameserver but then request even
will not able to resolve yahoo's IP address. nslookup and dig gives whole
proper output. also how to use whois on my internel pcs to get all information
related to domain address?
i have enabled named service on all pcs.

That is normal, that is how the Squid proxy works. The clients _cannot_ access the outside world directly, hence they cannot do name resolution.
