Abuse

Hi all,
I am getting the following error while sending mails.

<abc@xyz>:
Connected to (IP ****) but sender was rejected.
Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 HAD Connection refused due to abuse

What would be the reason and how to resolve it.

Thanks.

Looks like your IP is blacklisted.
It can hapens when a machine using this IP in the recent past was misconfigured (as open relay or something like that) and it was used to send spam.

I don't have knowledge this can be revert/fixed.

The only solution I know is to send e-mails throught your ISP, not directly.
