Able to connect to internal IP only

I am working off of a basically fresh install of FC4. I am able to connect to any services using the internal IP, however trying to use the external IP I am not able to get through to anything. I am using DMZ on the router and have confirmed this is working. I double checked the firewall settings on the computer running FC4 and everything looks disabled. I disabled SE Linux, when installing FC4 I disabled the firewall it asks you to setup. Is there another firewall blocking access that I am missing? Where should I start looking or is there an easy way to find what is blocking access? I looked through about 6 pages back for similar questions like this and could not find anything relevant.

Thanks in advance.

Spoke too soon, I just tried to connect via SSH through the WAN IP and it connected fine. So what could be causing apache to not function on WAN connections but works fine internally? Also VNC does not work through the WAN IP. There must be a firewall or security policy still in place that I am not able to find.

Nevermind, it appears to be working now, for some reason it wouldn't work from my own network.
