a big problem ... with networking

Hello everybody!
I have such problem in one network:
We have a little network with Red Hat linux 7.3 server as gateway. The main thing is that all internet is working except sites with *.lt, All sites *.com *.org, but Lithuanian network doesn't work. I have checked the firewall scripts they don't block anything ... Excluding the possibility that ISP iis blocking the network what else can happen???
???

can you ping the "non-working" sites from RH box? and from client box?
can you browse the "non-working" site with http://ip_ip_non-working_site ?
can you telnet to "non-working" sites using its IP and port 80?
can you telnet to non-working_site_name:80

:\ The problem is that all websites work for all machines except pages that end with *.lt. I don't know, maybe you can give me an advice how to setup a simple network from scratch? Since I don't know what's happening I'll try to reconfigure the network. So maybe anyone can explain me how to setup a network for ten PCs under Win with Linux as server and gateway.

I've found a sample site in .lt domain: http://www.voras.lt/
Its IP is 213.226.164.2
So I understand you cannot neither ping users.voras. lt nor ping 213.226.164.2 Similarly you can't browse http://213.226.164.2
Thus post the results of 'iptables -L' run on RH box.
