6881 Port Opening?

I am trying to open pont 6881 for bittorent on my Fedora Core 1 machine yet no matter what I do the port tester in the Azureus config wizard always tells me:
Testing port 6881 ... NAT Error
I have tried redhat-config-securitylevel-tui and adding 6881:tcp to other ports and also /sbin/iptables -i INPUT --dport 6881 -j ACCEPT (or something like that I dont remember exactly) and after all of those restarting iptables and ipchains and ip6tables but nothing seems to change the NAT error. Any help?

I have no idea what kind of iptables setup you have, but it might be output errors... or it might need udp open too:

iptables -A OUTPUT -j ACCEPT -p udp --dport 6881 -i ethX

Actually, what's whole tables setup look like:

iptables -L
