Angry 530 Must perform authentication before identifying USER.


Hi,

I installed Linux ES 3 and trying to connect the machin thru FTP and TELNET
i Enabled FTP services on Server and VsFTP is running , but when i try to connect to Machin thru FTP , this will give me following ERROR

Connected to 192.200.1.x.

220 APSLE FTP server (Version 5.60) ready.
User (192.200.1.xnone)): 530 Must perform authentication before identifying USER.

ftp>

Somebody help me to solve this problem ASAP.

There is already an ftp daemon running, check your xinetd files.
