I use sakis3g to connect in 3G. If I select a correct APN, the connection is successfully established. If I select an incorrect APN, the connection isn't established (which is normal) but I can't connect anymore (even if I select the correct APN, even if I reboot my station). On wvdial, I get the following error :

To deblock the situation, I have to connect from a Windows station before to connect in 3G from my Linux station.
