2 netwrok cards but only 1 works
 

i am a newbie, :)

i have 2 network cards, i am trying to setup a bandwidth manager! now the thing is i have the 2 cards, both of them load up when linux starts but when i ping each ip address it goes to only 1 netwrok card! why is this happaning and are there any answers?

yeah and i ping both ip's and it goes stright to the 1 card? i am very confuzed
