2 Network Card


Hi All


I have 2 network cards wlan and eth0.

I Need The Network Cards Working together at the same time.

And my Operating System is Ubuntu.

I don't understand your query ... what is the problem or what are you trying to achieve exactly?

I want to divide the network cards wlan for sun virtualbox and eth0 for my pc

erm so then only define WLAN0 in Virtualbox setup?

You can set virtualbox to bridge (I think that is it) to the Wlan and let your normal OS use the nic.

You will not be able to use the wireless card from the VM (unless it is USB.)

You will be able to have a virtual Ethernet card on the VM which is bridged to the wireless card, however you will still need to connect to wireless networks from the Host.

Are both the guest and host running ubuntu? Which versions, and are the above limitations OK?
