Question 10/100 Network running at 10m

Hi all,

I think my network card is only working at 10m instead of 100. It's connected to a router that does 10/100/1000. Is there a way to verify or change it?

This is FC4

Thanks..

You can check the rate in /var/log/dmesg. The info is normally in the last few lines.

Code:
#mii-tool -R <interface>// restart auto-negotiation
& you can use
Code:
#mii-tool -F 100baseTx-FD <interface> //forcefully
Code:
#mii-tool -v <interface> //for verbose

Thank you, both suggestions gave me the info I needed.

It actually looks like the links are working at 100mb. It still feels slow to me. I may see if ipv6 is disabled.
