1 firewall for 2 broadband connections

There are 15 computers in this LAN.

There are 2 broadband connections:
A = Cable
B = DSL

We have been using Cable for 2 years.
We just got a DSL last month.

We have a separate firewall for each.

I need just ONE firewall that can connect to A and B.
I do not want to bond the connections.
I will decide the PCs that go on A or B

I just want one firewall:
1. With identical rules for A and B.
2. Centralized management for A and B.
3. Open Source with a Web Interface

Any suggestions?

Do you have a router in your setup ??

Or just a linux box acting as firewall and router ?

I have a firewall on A and a firewall on B.

Each firewall does its own routing.
Each firewall has only 1 WAN port.
