[Ubuntu Server 11.10]Question regarding USB disk

Dear Sirs and Madams!

I have USB disk plugged in into USB port of my Ubuntu Server 11.10. Disk works ok, without problems, but I have a question. Is it possible to show this disk as ethernet device (to access it from LAN clients, connected to this Server via Samba Domain) via some Ubuntu Server software piece?

Yes you have two ways to setup the disk. One option is to use SAMBA and present it to clients using Cifs (great for windows clients). If you are going to use linux clients only to access this then I recommend setting up an NFS share.
