Do you've created valid samba users for Franz, Klaus, Fritz, Karl ?
And if so why do you use security mode share?
Change it to user and simply try again.

change admin users to valid users in every share.
and check if you can do a smbpasswd klaus to see if you're prompted to give him a new password?
