[pureftpd]how to limit AnonymousBandwidth & UserBandwidth at the same time ?

I plan to give total 500KB/S bandwidth for all the users, including 100KB/S for Annoymous.

so I set
Quote:
AnonymousBandwidth 100

UserBandwidth 500
in my pure-ftpd.conf

but the bindwidth for annoymous 100kb/s apparently doesn't work at all!

if i set
Quote:
AnonymousBandwidth 100

#UserBandwidth 500
then the 100kb/s limit works now.

so...how to make them work at the same time?

Thanks in advance!
